Terms of Use

Not medical care. Circle of Care is a caregiving-support and organization tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, nurse, or other qualified professional. It is not a medical device and is not for emergencies. If you think someone is in danger or having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

2. Your content and the people you care for

You may enter information about a person you care for and invite family members or helpers. You represent that you have the authority and any necessary permission to provide that information and to share it within your circle. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for how you assign access to others. You keep ownership of your content; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service for you.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own caregiving. Don’t copy, resell, reverse-engineer, misuse, or attempt to access the Service in unauthorized ways.

4. Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

• Plans. The Circle of Care family subscription is offered as a monthly plan ($14.99 USD / month) or an annual plan ($119.99 USD / year). Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
• Free trial. New subscribers may start with a 7-day free trial. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions are auto-renewable. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
• Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s policies. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Price changes. If we change subscription prices, we’ll notify you in advance, and increases take effect on a later renewal — never silently.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload content you don’t have the right to share, or interfere with the Service’s operation or security.

6. AI-generated guidance

Some features generate suggestions using artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. This guidance can be imperfect or incomplete and is for general support only. Use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional for medical decisions.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any guidance will achieve a particular outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindable Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or others.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Mindable Solutions LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: hello@circleofcareapp.com.
